With chronic illness it’s difficult to stay fit and for some to do any additional physical exercise besides what is necessary to function. What I love about yoga is you can do as little or as much as you can. It’s completely adaptable!! It’s been the perfect way for me to keep my complex regional pain syndrome (crps)-ridden body still exercising in a safe environment.
