From my Spoon-less Kitchen: Fav Snacks

Quick snacks can be both healthy and tasty! I love to keep my favorite anti-inflammatory snacks in a basket on hand for when I’m in a brain fog and too exhausted to dig around my pantry.

My Current Favs:

  • Frozen Grape

  • Yogurt Covered Frozen Fruit
  • Corn Chips with Salsa (most corn chips are gluten-free, woot woot!)

  • Grilled Watermelon (if you are feeling ambitious)

(My suggestion:  cube watermelon, dip in olive oil and likely sprinkle one side with sea salt {or my fav lately is pink Himalayan salt}
